What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right. Please note that as we are a small business, return postage will need to be paid by the buyer unless there is a problem with an item.
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on personalised items.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Dependent on the type of shipping you choose, you will recieve your parcel within anywhere from 1-7 days.
How much does shipping cost?
There are 3 forms of shipping available, Express, which is £4.00, Standard which is £3.00, and Economy which is £2.50. All Shipping types include tracked delivery. Shipping is free for orders over £30.00.
